5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in accordance with the pricing outlined at the time of purchase or as invoiced. We accept payments via Stripe, PayFast, Wise, and PayPal in ZAR, USD, GBP, and EUR.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle.
- Setup fees and custom builds are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep it updated.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No refunds are issued for services rendered or digital tools already deployed.
- Subscription cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to renewal.
- Chargebacks will be treated as a breach of terms and may result in account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, training materials, designs, and systems provided remain the intellectual property of Design Master unless explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorized use, copying, or resale is strictly prohibited.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information for automation setup.
- Ensuring legal compliance with local laws when using our tools (e.g., privacy, spam regulations).
- Backing up their data regularly, especially when integrated with third-party platforms.
9. Third-Party Tools
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., CloseBot, GoHighLevel, WhiteLabelSuite, Stripe, Synthflow). We are not liable for outages or data loss caused by these platforms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Breach of these terms
- Non-payment
- Abuse of services or tools
- Behavior that compromises system integrity or our reputation
11. Limitation of Liability
We provide services “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client in the past 6 months.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance. The most current version will always be available at https://designmaster.ai/terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, with jurisdiction in Johannesburg. For international clients, disputes will be resolved through arbitration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
